years of experience in LEAN and six sigma methodologies.
Implemented LEAN production systems in two different organization
cultures. Proven ability to lead and implement change initiatives to
improve process performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Experienced trainer, mentor and coach to leaders from all levels
of organization on LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies. Managed
and consulted 7 years for two leading Medical Device companies in
Operations Quality, Quality Management Systems, Supplier Quality,
Post Market Surveillance and Design Assurance.
